Basic Comprehensive Hypnotherapy Training (200-hour curriculum)
The basic comprehensive hypnotherapy training is offered twice annually in the weekend format (twelve weekends), and once annually in the evening
format (two evenings per week). The 200-hour basic training consists of the following classes:
101: Introduction to Hypnotherapy
History and theory of hypnosis
Benefits and uses of hypnosis as a therapeutic tool Levels of consciousness Induction and deepening techniques The special language we use to dialogue with the subconscious
Use of metaphors, storytelling, and post-hypnotic suggestions Building rapport Pre-induction interviewing Session structure and outcome strategy
151: Counseling Skills
Counseling and communication skills; Building rapport; Active listening;
Expressing empathy; Assessments for suicide.
201: Gestalt Hypnotherapy
Emotions: What are they, and where do they come from?
Working with resistance: To feelings, to knowing, to being Transforming relationships without confrontation Completing communications
Healing unfinished business with others (both living and deceased) Protocol for Gestalt Hypnotherapy
203: Regression Therapy I
Regression to release the trauma and emotional conflict of a wounded childhood.
Learning to nurture the innate qualities of the authentic nature of the child within.
300: Relationships and Codependency
Accessing the ability to meet our own needs
Breaking the Romance and Codependency cycles Accessing and utilizing the subconscious ideal image of the perfect mate
301: Inner Harmony, Inner Guides

404A: Addictions I
Study of addictive patterns

404B: Addictions II
Focuses on Weight Mastery. Move beyond the
one-dimensional approach to weight loss. Utilize all 7 functions of the subconscious mind. Go beyond physical cravings. Discovering the psychological issues linked to compulsive
eating. Specific protocols and exercises for facilitating individuals and groups in mastering weight and eating for success.
