A: The Hypnotherapy Institute is a a licensed vocational school offering comprehensive training for professional hypnotherapist certifications.

 

Q: What training formats are offered (online, in-person, hybrid)?

A: We provide online training that includes videos, live demonstrations, instructor support, live class meetings via Zoom, and continued mentoring after graduation.

 

Q: What is the “Certified Hypnotherapist Training” and how long is it?

A: The Certified Hypnotherapist Training is a 200-hour program where students meet 2 to 3 hours weekly via Zoom over about eight months.

 

Q: How does someone become a Clinical Hypnotherapist through this institute?

A: After completing the Hypnotherapist Certification Program, students must take an additional 100 units by choosing from courses labeled 502 through 605. Once both parts are complete, they qualify for Clinical Hypnotherapist certification.

 

Q: What are some of the core or required courses included in the program?

A: Core courses include 101: Introduction to Hypnotherapy (35 units), 105: Counseling Skills, 201: Inner Guides, 205: Gestalt Hypnotherapy, 301 & 305 Regression Therapy (I & II), 310/315 Parts Therapy, 401 Addiction Therapy, and 450 Establishing a Practice, among others.

 

Q: How much instructor support or mentorship is provided?

A: Students receive unlimited phone and email support during training, ongoing mentoring after graduation, monthly support group meetings, and live class interactions with the instructor.

 

Q: Are elective courses and continuing education (CEU) options available?

A: Yes, electives and CEU courses numbered 502–605 are available. These allow students to expand their specialization in areas such as Inner Child work, Addiction Therapy, and Clinical Hypnosis.

 

Q: What is the tuition cost for the Certified Hypnotherapist Training?

A: The tuition is $2,695.00 for the Certified Hypnotherapist Training 200-hour program.

 

Q: What professional certifications are graduates eligible for?

A: Graduates are eligible for professional certification through the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE) after completing the required coursework.

 

Q: Who is the founder and lead instructor of The Hypnotherapy Institute?

A: Judy Ward, CHT is the founder and director. She is nationally certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanesthesia, and Stress Management, and she is a board-approved Hypnotherapy Instructor and Designated Examiner for the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.
